Issue

When trying to print a document to an HP printer, the following message appears: "hpPostProcessing.bundle" will damage your computer

Resolution

To fix this error you will need to update your printer drivers.

  1. Open Self Service
  2. Click on IT Utilities
    mceclip0.png
  3. Click on Install under HP Printer Drivers v5.1
    mceclip1.png
