How to manage notifications in Canvas - Parent

You can change your Canvas Parent Account notifications using this method:

1. Via a Browser - Log into Canvas with your parent account and then click on Account (profile photo) in the top left. 

  2.   Go into Notifications in that menu.

You can toggle notifications types on this page. It should show "Immediate," "Daily Summary," "Weekly Summary," or "Never."

I would suggest that  Inbox Conversations or Submission Comments  are set to immediate.
