Troubleshooting Zoom during a FID Day

• Zoom App - Troubleshooting
  1. Try to update the Zoom app from Self Service
  2. Try to remove the Zoom app from the iPad
     1. Don’t reinstall the app
     2. Join the teachers zoom link via a web browser

IF that is not successful:

• Re-store/Erase the iPad
• Apple Support – Restore your iPad
