Some keys on my keyboard are not working

This is a known issue with older versions of iOS

To fix your keyboard please update your iPad by following these directions:

1. Tap to Settings
   
2. Tap on General -> Software Update
   
3. Tap on Download & Install
   
4. The update will download and install.  This process can take up to an hour to complete.
