If at any point you are prompted to sign out of your Apple ID and you are not sure what your password is, please contact AppleCare Education for assistance: (800) 800-2775, option 3.
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to General, then tap on Transfer or Reset iPad
3. Tap on Erase All Content and Settings (If you do not see this option, please connect to the internet and wait 24 hours)
4. On The Erase This iPad Screen Click Continue
4. Tap on Erase, The ipad will reset, and erase now!
