If at any point you are prompted to sign out of your Apple ID and you are not sure what your password is, please contact AppleCare Education for assistance: (800) 800-2775, option 3.
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to General, then tap on Reset
3. Tap on Reset All Content and Settings (If you do not see this option, please connect to the internet and wait 24 hours)
4. Tap on Erase
5. Tap on Erase again to confirm, your iPad will now restart and erase
