How to create an IT Ticket

If you find you still need help, please start by creating a Helpdesk ticket by clicking on this link https://hershey.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new  Supply your email, a brief subject, and a description.  Make sure to include important information like the student's name, service you are having difficulties with, the browser you are using, error messages you are receiving and any additional information that could help the technicians resolve your issue.  Thanks.
