Maintenance Work Order
- Go to My School Dude (https://www.myschoolbuilding.com/myschoolbuilding/mygateway.asp?acctnum=402282719)
- Login or Create An Account by clicking the down arrow

- Enter location information

- Select a problem type

- Enter description of problem or request

- Enter submittal password
- Password is maintenance

- Click Submit
IT Work Order
Anytime you have a technology related questions or problems please do the following. Please do not email your building technician directly.
- Send an email to helpdesk@hershey.k12.pa.us
- Include information like location or follow up contact information
Additionally, you can submit a work order on our web portal (hershey.zendesk.com)
Simply click the Submit a request link in the upper-right-hand corner of the page and fill out the necessary information.
