Creating a work order

 

Maintenance Work Order

1. Go to My School Dude (https://www.myschoolbuilding.com/myschoolbuilding/mygateway.asp?acctnum=402282719)
2. Login or Create An Account by clicking the down arrow

3. Enter location information

4. Select a problem type

5. Enter description of problem or request

6. Enter submittal password

1. Password is maintenance

  

7. Click Submit

IT Work Order

Anytime you have a technology related questions or problems please do the following.  Please do not email your building technician directly.

1. Send an email to [e-mail]
2. Include information like location or follow up contact information

Additionally, you can submit a work order on our web portal (hershey.zendesk.com)

Simply click the Submit a request link in the upper-right-hand corner of the page and fill out the necessary information.
