Create a Facilities Maintenance Work Order Account

Go to https://www.myschoolbuilding.com/myschoolbuilding/mygateway.asp?acctnum=402282719  

If this is the first time you are logging into Maintenance Direct,

1. Go to https://www.myschoolbuilding.com/myschoolbuilding/mygateway.asp?acctnum=402282719  
2. Click on the Down Arrow
   
3. Enter your information in the fields below, then click Register.
   
   * VERY IMPORTANT - Your account will not be saved/created until you submit your first request.
4. Select your Location/Area, and Specify a Area/Room Number
5. Select your Problem Type
6. Enter your description of your problem or request.
7. Attach a file if necessary (optional)
8. Enter the submittal password of maintenance
9. Click Submit
