How to Screen Share your iPad via Zoom

 Requirements:

Screen mirroring

• Zoom desktop client
  • Windows:3.5.27094.0918or later
  • macOS:3.5.27094.0918 or later
• Computer and iOS device on the same network
• iPhone 4 or later; iPad; iPad mini, 4th generation or later
• Network and computer firewalls allowing Airplayaccess 

Wired sharing

• macOS:10.10or later
• Zoom desktop client for macOS:4.0 or later
• iOS device running iOS8or later
• Lightning cable

How to share your iOS screen in a meeting through screen mirroring

1. In a Zoom meeting, click Share Screen.
2. ChooseiPhone/iPad.
3. (Optional) If you would like to also share your phone audio into the meeting, in the bottom-left corner, select the check box next to Share sound.
4. ClickShare.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your iOS device:
   
   1. On your iPhone/iPad, access the control center by swiping down from the top-right corner of the screen. On iOS 11 or earlier, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
   2. Tap the icon for Screen Mirroring.
   3. Choose the Zoom-your computer option.
      Your device's screen will now be shared in the meeting.
6. When you're finished sharing your iOS screen, you can do either of the following:
   • Tap Stop Mirroringon your iPhone/iPad
   • ClickStop Share in the meeting controls toolbar

How to share your iOS screen in a meeting with a wired connection

Note: Sharing with a wired connection is only possible on macOS devices. 

1. In a Zoom meeting, click share Screen.
2. ChooseiPhone/iPad via Cable.
3. (Optional) If you would like to also share your phone audio into the meeting, in the bottom-left corner, select the check box next to Share computer sound.
4. ClickShare.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions displayed:
   
   1. Connect your iPhone or iPad via cable. 
   2. When prompted on the iOS device, select Trust.
   3. Enter your passcode if required.
      Your device's screen will now be shared in the meeting.
